Either. Most creators send us the long video and let our editors pull the strongest moments. If you already know the clip you want, timestamp it in the tracker and we cut exactly that.

It happens all the time. We can pull screenshots straight from your video, use photos you've already sent us, or rebuild the shot with our design team.
