1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit davastudios.com (and davamarketing.com, which redirects here), fill out a form, book a call, or interact with our ads on other platforms, and how we use it.

2. Information you give us

When you submit a contact or booking form we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, your role, your YouTube channel or social handles, the services you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We use this to respond to you, schedule a call, and, if you become a client, deliver our services and manage billing.

3. Information collected automatically

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about how you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions such as form submissions. The tools currently on this site include:

• Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Facebook/Instagram) measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and lets us show ads to people who visited our site. • Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager measure ad performance and site traffic. Manage ad settings at adssettings.google.com; opt out of Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• OpenAI advertising pixel (ChatGPT ads) measures whether visits from our ChatGPT ads lead to a form submission. See openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
• Calendly processes any booking you make through an embedded scheduler under its own policy.

4. How we use information

To respond to inquiries and book calls; provide, bill for, and improve our services; send service messages and, with your consent where required, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time; measure and improve our advertising; and comply with law.

5. Sharing

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers above so they can operate on our behalf, and with advertising platforms as described in section 3, which some state laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising. We may also disclose information when required by law or in a business transfer.

6. Your choices

• Cookies and pixels: block or clear cookies in your browser, or use the platform opt-outs linked above.
• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California and similar states): email support@davastudios.com with the subject "Do Not Share" and we will stop sharing your data with advertising platforms for targeted ads. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
• Access, correction, deletion: email support@davastudios.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
• Marketing emails or texts: use the unsubscribe link or reply STOP.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and records, and client data for the length of the relationship plus the period required for tax and legal purposes.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. International visitors

We're based in the United States and process data here. If you visit from outside the US, your information is transferred to the US.
