When Tomi Mikula (Delivrd) came to Dava, the goal was to turn YouTube into a much stronger growth and revenue channel. We rebuilt the content approach across the board—revamping thumbnails and titles to improve click-through rate, tightening the editing style to increase retention, and creating a more consistent, recognizable look across the channel. We also pushed a more aggressive Shorts strategy to expand reach, test new ideas, and introduce more viewers to the long-form content. The result was a major improvement in both channel performance and monetization. Delivrd grew from just a few thousand dollars per month in YouTube revenue to well into five figures monthly.
